If there's one thing we have in common with Bracket, it's our love affair with Kiwi hops. So naturally we have bombarded this DIPA with a Kiwi heavy hop combo of Nelson Sauvin HopKief, Motueka Hopkief, Motueka T 90, Cashmere, Simcoe and Citra. We've used the liquid Nelson and Motueka during fermentation to amplify the aroma and mid palate
